In regards to your orders, please check to see if your item(s) is in fact a pre-order or in stock item(s) before requesting a status update. Estimated release dates are always shown on the product listing itself for a pre-order item(s). Lot57 Supplies Diecast Shop is not responsible for any delays on pre-orders due to manufacturer delays, date changes or anything that is beyond our control. We strive to do our best to update pre-order information as it is given to us but dealing with overseas distribution, that information is just not available to us most of the time. Pre-orders are usually paid for in advance by us therefore securing your item(s). Please be patient with us as these pre-order item(s) are usually listed months in advance. Due to us securing your pre-orders in advance, we have a no tolerance policy on pre-order disputes/claims and cancelations and will permanently limit customer accounts and share the details across a network of other die-cast stores/resellers.

Please make sure the item that is ordered is what you want as it is near impossible for us to re-negotiate on our distributors overseas. IF YOU MAKE A PRE-ORDER, YOU ARE AGREEING THAT WE DO NOT OFFER A REFUND (Except if for some reason we cannot full-fill your order, we will honor a refund)

STOCK NOTICE: Our "In stock" indicator is not indicatory of in-hand stock, but total available allocations from our suppliers. We do this to represent what is available from our pre-purchased incoming inventory.
*Note* It may however indicate in-hand stock for non pre-order items. Ex. "New Arrivals"

Pre-orders help our business maintain and strengthen supplier and manufacturer relationships, and the more we get, the more we can offer! We ask kindly to limit emails requesting updates on anything in the pre-order section as in the current scope of the world, their will be delays from many of your favorite manufacturers. Rest assured, you will receive your pre-ordered item(s). Just please be patient with us.

If for any reason a pre-order item(s) has not arrived for an exorbitant amount of time, typically over 1 year or more then a refund request is justified. Just shoot me over a message or email.

Please Read Before Pre-Order

#1. Please double check whether your order is in fact a PRE-ORDER before requesting a status update.
#2. Estimated release dates are listed on the product itself.
#3. Lot 57 is not responsible for manufacturer delays on PRE-ORDERS, date changes, or any other shipping delays that may occur.
#4. Most PRE-ORDERS are listed several months in advance and oversea distribution does not always give the exact date of shipment/ release.
#5. All PRE-ORDERS are PRE-PAID, therefore, we do not have tolerance for disputes/claims beyond our control.
#6. We do not refund PRE-ORDERS unless we cannot fulfill the order.
#7. Please limit the amount of emails you send regarding updates.
#8. If it has been an exorbitant amount of time since your order (9 months+) send us an email and we will work with you.
#9. PRE-ORDERS help us build relations overseas with our distributors which in turn allows us to provide you with the high quality products which you'll find with us. We truly appreciate your patience and value you beyond imagination!

What are pre-orders?

Pre-order items are released early by companies. They often sell out before being made and cost more once they hit the market. Pre-ordering saves you money and ensures you don't miss out. They take some time to arrive, most arrive before ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), some take just a little bit longer.

If you pre-order an item and it has not arrived by description’s ETA, DO NOT worry, it’s just a little delayed. Also, if you make an order with an IN STOCK item and a PRE-ORDER item, the order will be shipped when ALL items ARRIVE. At the end of the day, you will get what you ordered.
