🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

1️⃣ Domestic (Continental U.S.) 🇺🇸

  • Carriers & Rates: USPS and UPS.
  • Fulfillment Time: We pack orders within 24–48 hrs. If a delay pops up, we'll email you ASAP.
  • Mixed Orders: Buying both In-Stock and Pre-Order items?
    • In-Stock ships in 2–3 business days.
    • Pre-Order ships the moment it lands in our warehouse.
    • Heads-up: For international addresses we hold the whole order until everything's in (saves you on shipping).

2️⃣ Pre-Order Fulfillment 🔮📦

  • ETA: Each pre-order product page lists an estimated arrival date. ETAs are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change due to overseas production, shipping, and customs.
  • When it ships: Your pre-order ships within 3–5 business days of us receiving it from the manufacturer. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it goes out.
  • Delays: Lot57 is not responsible for manufacturer delays, global shipping disruptions, or customs hold-ups. We do not guarantee ETAs — they are estimates only.
  • No cancellation due to delays: A delayed ETA does not entitle you to a cancellation or refund. By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait for fulfillment regardless of ETA changes. See our Pre-Order Policy for full terms.

3️⃣ International 🌍

We ship via Shopify Markets Pro. They handle currency, duties, and hold funds until your package is scanned by the carrier.

4️⃣ Carrier Damage or Loss 📦💥

We pack your diecasts like Fort Knox, but once it leaves us the carrier's in charge. Lot57 isn't liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. File a claim with the carrier, then loop us in so we can help where possible.
