Delete your LOT57Collect account

You can delete your LOT57Collect account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

iPhone or Android: tap your avatar to open the Glove Box, then Settings > Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away and you are signed out.

Without the app

If you can't open the app, email sales@lot57suppliesdiecastshop.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my LOT57Collect account". We'll confirm the request with you by reply and delete the account within 30 days of confirming, usually much sooner. We only act on requests sent from the account's own email address.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: username, name, bio and avatar
• Your Garage: every car and its photos, and your Wanted list and its photos
• Your Car Meet activity: comments, likes, follows and blocks
• Your Lot listings still for sale (closed), pending offers, saved listings and cart
• Your VIP membership record in the app. This does NOT cancel a paid VIP subscription, which lives in the LOT57 Diecast Shop and keeps billing: cancel it on the website first (log in, profile icon, VIP Membership, Manage).
• Your messages: messages you sent, conversations you started, your chat photos, and your group memberships
• Your LOT57 Diecast Shop order history synced into the app
• Your notifications
• Your app sign-in. You sign in with your LOT57 store account; deleting the app account removes the app's login for it and does not touch your store account. If you have bought or sold on The Lot, that app login is disabled instead of removed, for the same record-keeping reason as the profile below.

What we keep, and why

• Records of sales and purchases on The Lot (amounts, dates, shipping and payment references) that we, Stripe and the other party need for payouts, refunds, disputes, tax and fraud prevention. Payment details themselves are held by Stripe, not by us. If you have bought or sold on The Lot, your profile is anonymised (name, username, bio and avatar removed) rather than deleted, so those records still have a counterparty.
• Reports other members filed about you, until they are reviewed (reports you filed are deleted).
• Orders you placed in the LOT57 Diecast Shop stay in Shopify, our store platform, as the law requires for sales records. Deleting your app account does not delete your shop customer account; ask us if you want that too.
• Copies in encrypted backups, which are overwritten on their normal schedule.

Messages you sent in a group or to another member may still appear in their copy of the conversation if it was saved before deletion.
