SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

🔁 SUBSCRIPTION, CANCELLATION & PARTIAL-PAYMENT POLICY

This page covers how subscriptions, pre-orders with deposits, and any "try-before-you-buy" offers work at Lot57 Diecast Shop.

1️⃣ Subscriptions 📦

  • Recurring Charges: When you start a subscription, your card is stored securely and billed automatically at the frequency you pick (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
  • Auto-Renew: Some plans renew when the term ends. If you don't want to renew, cancel before the next bill date.
  • Manage / Cancel Anytime: Use the Manage Subscription link in your order-confirmation email or log in to your Lot57 account → Subscriptions. Changes take effect immediately for future cycles; charges already processed aren't refunded.
  • Returns & Refunds: Follow our standard Return Policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2️⃣ Pre-Orders & Deposits ⏳

  • How It Works: You're reserving an item not yet in stock. We may collect full payment or a 50% non-refundable deposit at checkout and store your payment method for the balance.
  • Charging the Balance: Remaining payment is captured automatically when the product hits our warehouse — no action needed on your end.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel a partially-paid pre-order before it's fulfilled, but the deposit is forfeited. Once fulfilled, the order can't be cancelled. See our Pre-Order Policy for full details.

3️⃣ Try-Before-You-Buy 🛠️ (If Offered)

  • Trial Window: You'll see the length of the trial at checkout. We authorize (but don't capture) your card for the item's full price.
  • Keep or Return: Decide within the trial period. Keep it and we'll capture the charge automatically; send it back and you'll only pay return shipping.
