#1. Please double check whether your order is in fact a PRE-ORDER before requesting a status update.
#2. Estimated release dates are listed on the product itself.
#3. Lot 57 is not responsible for manufacturer delays on PRE-ORDERS, date changes, or any other shipping delays that may occur.
#4. Most PRE-ORDERS are listed several months in advance and oversea distribution does not always give the exact date of shipment/ release.
#5. All PRE-ORDERS are PRE-PAID, therefore, we do not have tolerance for disputes/claims beyond our control.
#6. We do not refund PRE-ORDERS unless we cannot fulfill the order.
#7. Please limit the amount of emails you send regarding updates.
#8. If it has been an exorbitant amount of time since your order (9 months+) send us an email and we will work with you.
