RETURNS & REFUNDS

📦 LOT57 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

📅 1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from delivery to report an issue and request a return.

✅ 2. Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted for valid reasons (e.g. defective item, wrong item shipped).
• ❌ We do not accept returns for: price found elsewhere, change of mind, or ordering by mistake.
• ❌ Pre-orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. See our Pre-Order Policy.

🚀 3. How to Start a Return

• Email us at sales@lot57suppliesdiecastshop.com with your order number.
• Include a description of the issue and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
• Packages sent without approval will be refused.

🛠️ 4. Damages & Wrong Items

• Email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos to help us assist you faster.
• For carrier damage: please file a claim directly with the carrier — we are not responsible for carrier mishandling.

🔄 5. Exchanges

All exchanges are handled by Lot57. If approved, we will guide you through the process and provide any needed return label.

💸 6. Refunds

• Approved refunds for recent orders (within 30 days of purchase) are refunded to the original payment method.
• For older transactions where a refund to the original payment method is no longer possible (expired card, closed account, bank rejection), refunds are issued as store credit.
• Store credit never expires and can be used on any item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

⚠️ 7. All Sales Final

All inventory is sold as Final Sale. Returns or refunds are only considered for defective or incorrectly shipped items. If you ordered by mistake or changed your mind — the sale is final.
