How Pre-Orders Work

🔮 LOT57 PRE-ORDER POLICY
Read this before you smash that "Pre-Order" button.
1. What's a Pre-Order? 🛒⏳
A pre-order lets you reserve an item before it releases. Pay up-front (or leave a 50% deposit) and your order ships the moment we get it from the manufacturer.
These are limited runs. You're locking in your spot in production — it's not like buying from in-stock inventory.
2. Final Sale — No Cancellations, No Exchanges 🚫🔁
Once you pre-order, it's final. No cancellations, no swaps, no refunds.
Why? Because your spot gets reserved directly with the brand — and we commit inventory on your behalf.
Always double-check the product page: model, color, brand, variant — make sure it's what you want.
3. Payment Options 💳

If you don't complete the second half of your payment when notified, your pre-order may be forfeited.
4. Estimated Arrival & Delays 📦🗓️
Estimated release dates are listed on each product page. Please note:
- ETAs are estimates only — not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Dates are subject to change due to overseas production and customs.
- Asia might receive stock first — that doesn't mean we have it yet.
- Lot57 is not responsible for manufacturer delays, global shipping issues, or customs hold-ups.
- A delayed ETA does not entitle you to a cancellation or refund. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that ETAs can and do change.
5. No Refunds on Pre-Orders 💸🛑
All pre-orders are non-refundable. This includes delays, change of mind, and ordering by mistake.
The only exception: if the manufacturer cancels production entirely, we will issue store credit for the full amount.
Why store credit instead of a cash refund? Pre-orders can take months to arrive. By then, your original payment method may have changed — cards expire, accounts close, banks flag old transactions. Refunds to outdated payment methods can get stuck or rejected. Store credit guarantees you keep the full value immediately, ready to use on any item. Store credit never expires.
6. Communication Expectations 📡
- Everything known is listed on the product page at time of order.
- Major updates = we email.
- If nothing changes, that means your order is still on track.
- Want a status update? Check your confirmation email or hit us up — we got you.
7. Why Your Pre-Order Matters 💯🔥
Your order helps us bring in limited, exclusive drops straight from overseas. We appreciate every reservation — that's what makes Lot57 what it is.
⚠️ BINDING AGREEMENT
By placing a pre-order with Lot57, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following:
1. Pre-orders are final sale — no cancellations, no refunds, no exchanges.
2. ETAs are estimates and may be delayed — a delay does not entitle you to cancel.
3. If the manufacturer cancels, you receive store credit only.
4. Filing a payment dispute (chargeback) for a valid pre-order is a violation of this agreement.
This agreement is binding at checkout. By completing your purchase, you accept these terms in full.
