1. What’s a Pre-Order? 🛒⏳
A pre-order lets you reserve an item before it releases. Pay up-front (or leave a 50% deposit) and your order ships the moment we get it from the manufacturer.
These are limited runs. You’re locking in your spot in production — it’s not like buying from in-stock inventory.
2. Final Sale — No Cancellations, No Exchanges 🚫🔁
Once you pre-order, it’s final. No cancellations, no swaps.
Why? Because your spot gets reserved directly with the brand — and we commit inventory on your behalf.
Always double-check the product page: model, color, brand, variant — make sure it’s what you want.

5. No Refunds on Pre-Orders 💸🛑
All pre-orders are non-refundable — no exceptions.
If a pre-order is canceled by the brand or distributor, we’ll issue 100% store credit — no cash refunds or checks will be issued under any circumstance.
Store credit never expires and can be used toward any in-stock or upcoming item. It’s the most secure and trackable way to credit your purchase, ensuring you don’t lose your value.
