Read this before you smash that "Pre-Order" button.

1. What's a Pre-Order? 🛒⏳

A pre-order lets you reserve an item before it releases. Pay up-front (or leave a 50% deposit) and your order ships the moment we get it from the manufacturer.

These are limited runs. You're locking in your spot in production — it's not like buying from in-stock inventory.

2. Final Sale — No Cancellations, No Exchanges 🚫🔁

Once you pre-order, it's final. No cancellations, no swaps.

Why? Because your spot gets reserved directly with the brand — and we commit inventory on your behalf.

Always double-check the product page: model, color, brand, variant — make sure it's what you want.

3. Payment Options 💳

If you don't complete the second half of your payment when notified, your pre-order may be forfeited.

4. Estimated Arrival & Delays 📦🗓️

Estimated release dates are listed on each product page. Please note:

  • Dates are subject to change due to overseas production and customs.
  • Asia might receive stock first — that doesn't mean we have it yet.
  • Lot57 is not responsible for manufacturer delays, global shipping issues, or customs hold-ups.

5. No Refunds on Pre-Orders 💸🛑

All pre-orders are non-refundable.

If a pre-order is canceled by the brand or distributor, we'll issue 100% store credit instead of a cash refund.

Why store credit? Pre-orders can take months to arrive. By then, your original payment method may have changed — cards expire, accounts close, banks flag old transactions. Refunds to outdated payment methods can get stuck in limbo or rejected entirely. Store credit guarantees you keep the full value of what you paid, ready to use immediately on any item.

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any in-stock or upcoming item.

6. Communication Expectations 📡

  • Everything known is listed on the product page at time of order.
  • Major updates = we email.
  • If nothing changes, that means your order is still on track.

By placing a pre-order with Lot57, you agree to this policy in full — including no refunds if cancellation is started by buyer (store credit only) and store credit only for any cancellations. This agreement is binding at checkout.
