1. What’s a Pre-Order? 🛒⏳

Reserve an item before it drops. Pay now (or leave a 50 % deposit) and it ships the moment we get it from the maker.

2. Non-Cancellable, No Exchanges 🚫🔄

• Pre-orders lock your piece into the production run, so all sales are final.

• Double-check the listing—size, color, model—before you commit.

3. Payment Options 💳

4. Release Dates & Delays 🗓️🚚

• Estimated dates live on each product page.

• Dates can shift—manufacturers & overseas logistics are wildcards.

• Asia often gets stock first; that doesn’t mean it’s shipped to us yet.

• Lot57 isn’t liable for manufacturer or carrier delays.

5. NO REFUNDS ON PRE-ORDERS 💸🚫

• Pre-orders are non-refundable—period.

• If a pre-order is canceled by the manufacturer or by Lot57, you’ll receive 100 % STORE CREDIT (no cash refunds).

• Store credit never expires and can be used on anything in-stock or upcoming.

6. Communication Flow 📡

• All known info is on the product page when you buy.

• Major changes? We’ll email. Otherwise, sit tight—your order’s locked in.

• Need an update? We’ll just resend this policy link.
