We are no longer holding in stock items when a Pre-Order item is also within an order (EXCEPT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS; HIGH SHIPPING FEES). In stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days and Pre-Order items will be shipped once they arrive.

  • #1. Please double check whether your order is in fact a PRE-ORDER before requesting a status update.

    #2. Estimated release dates are listed on the product itself.

    #3. Lot 57 is not responsible for manufacturer delays on PRE-ORDERS, date changes, or any other shipping delays that may occur.

    #4. Most PRE-ORDERS are listed several months in advance and oversea distribution does not always give the exact date of shipment/ release.

    #5. All PRE-ORDERS are PRE-PAID (and now have the option of 50% deposit to reserve), therefore, we do not have tolerance for disputes/claims beyond our control. 

    #6. We do not refund PRE-ORDERS unless we cannot fulfill the order.

    #8. If it has been an exorbitant amount of time since your order (9 months+) send us an email and we will work with you.

  • 1.**Locate the Pre-Order Tab:**Click on the Pre-Order tab. Ensure you select products that are listed within the Pre-Order Collection.

    2.**Select Your Pre-Order Product:**Choose the product you'd like to reserve using our convenient Partial Payment option.

    3.**Choose Your Payment Option:**Beneath the quantity selector, you'll find the "Pay Now or Later" section with options for "50% deposit" or "Pay in full." Opt for "50% Paid Now" to make a 50% deposit today and pay the remaining balance when the item arrives at a later date and is ready to ship.

    4.**Reserve with Deposit:**Click "Reserve With Deposit" to add the product to your cart with the partial payment option. Without this step, the system won't recognize your partial payment choice.

    5.**Review Your Cart:**After adding your product, the cart will display the full price, but don't worry! A message below the product will confirm "Subscription, Deposit shows in checkout."

    6.**Checkout:**Check your cart, agree to the store policies, and click "Check out." You'll only be charged a 50% deposit now, and any active discounts will be saved and applied to the future payment. (You can still make an order with Pre-Order products and In-Stock items. In stock items are paid in full since they are ready to ship).

    7.**Final Payment Reminder:**When your Pre-Order arrives, we’ll send you a payment reminder for the remaining balance. You can pay this at your convenience or request an invoice by emailing us at "sales@lot57suppliesdiecastshop.com" with your account email or order number.
