Unique Model - One Main Complaint

I was incredibly excited to receive this model. It's great attached to the display base, however I am a collector who likes to take some of these models out. Unfortunately, this models wheels and tires do not rotate. It seems like the body is interfering with the tires. This may be normal for models from certain manufacturers, as I know these are collector models and not your typical Hot Wheels. I know this might not be a problem for some, however when you spend $40+ on a car model, I expect it to at least roll like a car.
